Effects of temperature on wheat and Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici. 2013-2017. This project is focusing on virulence variation of PST triggered or endured under temperature stress. ZOU Yiping, DONG Haitao, TAO Fei and WANG Junjuan are working for this project. 1,800,000 RMB.

Gene expression characteristic of wheat resistance to stripe rust induced by temperature. 2013-2016. This project is focusing on resistance of Xiaoyan 6 to PST induced by relative high temperature using RNA-seq. TAO Fei, WANG Junjuan, and AN Fei are working on it. 800,000 RMB.


























Project |03 NSFC
Molecular epidemiology of wheat stripe rust overwintering. 2011-2013. This project is focusing on the biology of PST overwintering, especiallly the effects of temperature and wheat cultivar on PST overwintering. MA Lijie, QIAO Jiaxin, KONG Xinyu, and LU Chuanqiang worked on it. 340,000 RMB.

Molecular mechanism of Verticillium dahliae micrsosclerotium germination. 2014-2017. The project is leaded by SHANG wenjing. WANG Chunsheng, FAN Rong, WANG Cunhao, and XU Xiaohong are working on it. 860,000 RMB.




Project |05 NSFC
Dispersal route and origin of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici in China based on RAD-seq or genome re-sequencing technology. 2015-2018. The project is a new challenge for us to do using RAD-seq or Re-sequence technology and bioinformatics to study the epidemic of PST in China, even all over the world. LI Haiyuan will work on it. 890,000 RMB.






Project |06 NSFC
Dispersal route, monitoring and prediction of wheat stripe rust in China based on spore trapping and real-time quantitative PCR technologies. 2018-2021. The project is a new challenge for us to do spore trapping and to do prediction of the epidemic in China. Guo Lili will work on it. 600,000 RMB.






Project |07 Innovation Project in Agriculture
Prediction of wheat head blight will be carried out in Guanzhong region based on the IoT technology, and be helped by Shaanxi Plant Protection Extension Station (NYKJ-2016-02, 2016-2017). The work will be done by Mrs. Lili Guo. 900,000 RMB.

The common technologies on wheat pests management in North China (2018YFD0200402, 2018-2020), 4530,000 RMB. I am working on the monitoring and prediction of crop diseases like wheat Fusarium head blight, wheat stripe rust, Verticillium wilt, etc.

Study on the Molecular Mechanism of TaCRK10 Receptor Like Kinase Involved in Wheat High-temperature Resistance to Stripe Rust (31972219, 2020-2023), 580,000 RMB. Chunlian Li, Jiahui Wang, Yangshan Hu, Jinjin Wang, Yuqi Xing, and Zhiyuan Ai attend this project.

Study on the crop disease monitoring and forecasting based on multi-source information fusion and big data (32081330501, 2021-2021), 149,000 RMB. Xiaoping Hu, Yuxiang Li attend this project.
